If you are interested in sending in your application for an EVENT prior to Opening Day, please submit your application to Hudson Swim Club PO Box 353 Hudson, OH 44236. Event applications after Opening Day should be directed to

$60 charge for parties of 21 to 35 - no guest fees
$80 charge for parties of 36 to 50 - no guest fees

*All events must be pre-approved by the Pool Manager with a one week minimum advanced notice.
*Payment must be submitted before your event will be approved
*Events will not be approved until payment is received
*Events are approved on a first come-first serve basis. 
*Please, no tacks, nails, or screws to be used for signage or banners
*Event times must be within normal pool operating hours
*No events during HPE sponsored events or during swim meets
*Events must be set up under the pavilion area
*Sponsoring homeowner is responsible for cleanup of facility.
*Sponsoring homeowner must be present during the event.
